The Old Rectory, Hartwell
The Old Rectory at Hartwell House is an elegant Georgian House, standing alone amidst Hartwell's 90-acre estate. Perfect for a family or small group of friends looking to enjoy the luxury of Hartwell in tranquil seclusion, The Old Rectory boasts a 2-acre garden, private outdoor swimming pool and four delightful en suite bedrooms. Booking Conditions
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Hartwell House. Any reservation cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date is liable to be charged for, unless the accommodation is re-let to another guest. Historic House Hotels reserve the right to alter rates without prior notice. Break rates are only applicable if pre-booked directly with the hotel.
- We welcome children over the age of six years.
- Children between the ages of 6 and 16 may use the Spa when accompanied by an adult during the hours of 9am to 10am and 4pm to 5pm.
- Dress for gentlemen at dinner is smart please, although jacket and tie are not obligatory; trainers, tracksuits and shorts are not acceptable.
- Hartwell House is non-smoking throughout in compliance with the No Smoking Regulations in respect of all rooms and bedrooms. It is illegal to smoke in these rooms and a deep cleaning charge of £100 per day will be charged if evidence of smoking is detected in any room.
- Dogs are accepted in the bedrooms at Hartwell Court.
- In deference to the wishes of the majority of our guests, the use of mobile telephones and computers in the Main House is permitted in the Great Hall only.
- For those wishing to have a meeting involving several people and extensive papers, private rooms may be available.
