The Buttery is an informal restaurant situated in the Hartwell Spa, on the first floor, overlooking the swimming pool and is accessible by stairs only. The Buttery opens at 9.00am daily until 6.00pm (Monday to Saturday) and 5.30pm on Sundays serving a wide range of food and drink from a cup of coffee and a slice of cake to a glass of Champagne and traditional afternoon tea. Guests may just wish to use the Buttery as a quiet haven to relax and meet with friends for a cup of tea, or to enjoy a sumptuous lunch from our seasonal menu. During the Summer months (depending on the english weather!) the Buttery opens out to the terrace, where the usual Buttery treats can be enjoyed in the sunshine. It is not necessary to make a reservation so please just come along and sample the delights for yourself.

Breakfast is served from 9.00am until 12noon
Lunch is served from 12.00pm until 3.00pm
Afternoon Tea and Snacks are served from 3.00pm until 5.00pm daily
Buttery Bar is open until 6.00pm (Monday to Saturday) and until 5.30pm on Sunday
