 BREAKFAST/SPA CAFE CHEF

An excellent opportunity for a Chef from a similar background, or a Pub/Bistro Chef used to working with fresh food in a busy environment.

Working 48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, to cover the following shifts:

Weekdays 6.30 a.m - 3.30 pm, Weekends 7.00 a.m - 4.00 pm and some 1.00 p.m - 9.00 pm 

Excellent conditions of employment with live-in accommodation available if required.

HEAD HOTEL RECEPTIONIST

VOLUNTEER GARDENERS

To assist the Head Gardener as requested in managing the garden in accordance with the long term plan of its conservation.

Anticipated hours 6 to 16 hours per week

Travel allowance and benefits after 50 hours work.
