Hartwell Spa is housed in a splendid building modelled on an orangery and contains a generous-sized swimming pool, spa bath, steam room, and saunas.

There are four beauty treatment rooms providing a wide range of treatments by highly trained consultants. In the gallery overlooking the pool is the Spa Café and Bar, an informal restaurant serving drinks and light meals throughout the day. There are two all weather tennis courts in the grounds and guests can play croquet or fish in the lake. There are also several golf courses close to the hotel.

The gymnasium has the very latest in technologically advanced equipment suitable for all ranges of fitness, from beginner to athlete. Fully trained staff are always on hand to give advice on using the equipment and Club membership includes a fitness assessment and personalised exercise programme.
