Spa Club Membership

Membership of the Spa offers full use of the fitness, health, beauty and recreation facilities, which is one of the finest in Britain. It also offers other benefits and social events associated with beautiful and historic Hartwell House and its restaurant.

The style and approach of the Spa centres on fitness, health and beauty in an atmosphere that is always calm, relaxed and uncrowded. Children are admitted on a limited basis during clearly defined hours. Trained staff, using the latest and best equipment are always available.

Club membership incorporates many benefits. To that end, members may:

•	15% discount in the Spa Café and Bar restaurant
•	15% discount on all beauty treatments at the Hartwell Spa
•	15% discount on lunch and afternoon tea at Hartwell House Hotel from Monday to Saturday (maximum 6 people)
•	Preferential booking for regular cultural events at Hartwell House such as wine dinners, concerts etc
•	Honorary membership of our other Spas when visiting the area. (Show your membership card on each visit.)

Full Membership Subscription Renewal before 31/3/11

Full members choosing to renew their membership before 31st March 2011 will now receive vouchers to go towards the following benefits (total value £534.50);

•	A complimentary 1 night Bed and Breakfast stay in a double bedded room at Hartwell -House Hotel per membership or joint membership. (Sunday to Thursday - subject to availability) Value £260.00

Days in the Country Membership
For those who are looking for an alternative to the full Hartwell Spa Membership we are now offering the Days in the Country Membership, which is available at the special price of £360 per annum. This membership is designed specifically for those living more than 20 miles away.

This flexible membership boasts the following benefits:

•	Up to 12 visits to the Spa per annum
•	Members will be able to bring along one guest per visit at the rate of £30.00
•	Full use of the spa facilities
•	Priority for bookings such as lunch or afternoon teas

Midweek Membership
Entry all day Monday - Thursday (including Bank Holidays) and until 4:30 pm Friday, includes use of the swimming pool, steam room, spa bath, saunas, gymnasium, Spa Café and Bar.

Joint Membership
Full membership for you and your partner or Midweek membership for you and your partner.

•	Subscriptions include VAT at 17.5% and are for one year from joining date.
•	Subscriptions are reviewed on the 1 April each year.
•	The membership may be paid by direct debit in twelve instalments every four weeks. However, members who elect to pay the annual subscription in this way are responsible for a full year's subscription. Therefore, should a member resign during the membership year, then the remainder of the year's membership is due in full and will be collected by BACS.
•	There is no joining fee
