Treatments

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Hartwell House and a charge will be incurred for any treatment cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment (7 days for Half Day, Full Day and Lifestyle Day bookings). So that our clients are not inconvenienced, clients are requested to attend punctually for treatment. Those arriving late (who will still be charged at the tariff price) may receive shorter treatments and unless more than 30 minutes late, will probably not be able to receive the treatment booked.

Prices are valid from 1st April 2009 and include VAT.
