Events Tariff

Hartwell House Tariff is effective from 1st April of each year, offering both 24 hour and 8 hour delegate rates, individual meeting and private dining room hire, and Exclusive Use of either Hartwell House or the Old Rectory Hartwell.

The 24 hour delegate rate includes three course dinner, accommodation, serving of early morning tea, complimentary newspaper, cooked breakfast, serving of morning coffee, pastries and biscuits, luncheon, afternoon tea, cake and biscuits, hire of a meeting room and range of meeting equipment.

The 8 hour delegate rate includes serving of morning coffee, pastries and biscuits, luncheon, serving of afternoon tea, cake and biscuits, hire of a meeting room and range of meeting equipment.

The rates effective from 1st April 2009 are:

8 hour delegate rate (minimum of 6 delgates) from £65.00 to £95.00 plus VAT
24 hour delegate rate (minimum 8 delegates) from £205.00 to £265.00 plus VAT

Meeting Organisers' Lunch

We realise it is not always possible to leave the office.  However, if you do have an opportunity to visit us for the first time or to re-acquaint yourself with what Hartwell House has to offer, then we have identified the 8th July, 11th August and 15th September 2010 as the next dates for our Meeting Organiser Lunches.  This is an ideal opportunity for you to view Hartwell House in all its splendour, to be the disccerning guest and for us to put a name to a face!  We commence with a Champagne reception followed by a tour of the house, the Hartwell Rooms and the Old Rectory.  Luncheon is then served in a private dining room followed by coffee in the Library, finishing at approximately 2.30pm.
