We are pleased to offer for the month of June and July and August 2010, the following special rates:

 

24 hour Delegate Rate of £235+VAT (normally £265+VAT) (August  £215+VAT)

 

an 8 hour Delegate Rate of £75+VAT (normally £95+VAT) (August £65+VAT)

 

a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Rate of £175 inc VAT (with dinner allowance of £45)

 

A complimentary back, neck and shoulder massage for the organiser on the day!

 

As an example, if you were to hold a one night, two day meeting at Hartwell House in April 2010 for 20 delegates, you would save £1,800 on the published rates.

 

All overnight rates include use of the facilities at Hartwell Spa.

Meeting Organisers' Lunch

We realise it is not always possible to leave the office.  However, if you do have an opportunity to visit us for the first time or to re-acquaint yourself with what Hartwell House has to offer, then we have identified the 8th July, 11th August and 15th September 2010 as the next dates for our Meeting Organiser Lunches.  This is an ideal opportunity for you to view Hartwell House in all its splendour, to be the disccerning guest and for us to put a name to a face!  We commence with a Champagne reception followed by a tour of the house, the Hartwell Rooms and the Old Rectory.  Luncheon is then served in a private dining room followed by coffee in the Library, finishing at approximately 2.30pm.
