We realise it is not always possible to leave the office. However, if you do have an opportunity to visit us for the first time or to re-acquaint yourself with what Hartwell House has to offer, then we have identified the 8th July, 11th August and 15th September 2010 as the next dates for our Meeting Organiser Lunches. This is an ideal opportunity for you to view Hartwell House in all its splendour, to be the disccerning guest and for us to put a name to a face! We commence with a Champagne reception followed by a tour of the house, the Hartwell Rooms and the Old Rectory. Luncheon is then served in a private dining room followed by coffee in the Library, finishing at approximately 2.30pm.
If you are interested in joining us for lunch on one of these dates or just wish to view Hartwell House and its meeting rooms, please do not hesitate to contact Pam Boardman, Sales Manager, on 01296 746506 or email sales@hartwell-house.com
Activities - Let us help you
Organising conferences and meetings is not always about work, and we are often asked to suggest and assist in arranging team building or leisure activities. For the more active of you a treasure hunt using our 90 acres of grounds is ideal or perhaps take part in 'country pursuits' such as clay pigeon shooting, archery, axe throwing or even 'dog and duck herding' using adjacent fields. You can also use these fields for quad biking, grass karting, four-wheel drive blindfold challenge and much more. We can even arrange for groups to design, build and launch their own rockets - anything is possible!
Or perhaps guests may wish to play golf in the Park of the Hartwell Estate! Our close relationship with Aylesbury Park Golf Club gives your guests this opportunity and we are able to arrange tee-times to suit, hire of clubs, green fees, refreshments etc.
And of course residential guests can make full use of the Hartwell Spa with its superb heated indoor pool, gymnasium, four treatment rooms and two outdoor all-weather tennis courts.

If you wish to make use of this offer please contact the Spa Reception on 01296 746500 to arrange a time to suit you.

We are able to offer tailor made incentive packages at competitive rates for groups or individuals, so why not reward your staff with something special. As well as enjoying Hartwell's luxury accommodation and award winning restaurant they could take in a tasting in wine cellars at Waddesdon Manor, drive racing and sports cars or go off road, go clay pigeon shooting, enjoy a Spa Day and many more. Please contact us to discuss specific requirements.
