The Hartwell Rooms
The Hartwell Rooms are situated about 100 yards from the hotel. Original 18th century coach houses and an indoor riding school have been restored to provide four purpose built rooms for top-level meetings. There is dedicated parking for conference delegates.
The James Gibbs Room
Elegant air conditioned room with natural light and a dividing wall which can accommodate 16-36 people for a boardroom, U-shape or classroom style meeting and 90 people for a theatre style meeting.
The James Wyatt Room
Similar in size to the James Gibbs Room, air conditioned with natural light and a dividing wall suitable for conference dining for up to 60 people or 100 people for a reception or cocktail party.
On the first floor is the Eric Throssell Boardroom, a distinguished setting for meetings of up to 16 people round a boardroom table, and the Henry Keene Room for meetings of up to 12 people, or sub-divided for use as syndicate rooms.
Old Rectory Hartwell
The latest addition to Hartwell House is the Old Rectory, an elegant Georgian house recently restored and traditionally furnished by Historic House Hotels. With its new services and up-to-date communications it provides the ideal setting of great comfort and privacy for small meetings and social gatherings.It offers a drawing room, meeting room and dining room, a superbly appointed master four poster bedroom with sitting room and three other bedrooms with bathrooms, and all with views of Hartwell Court and its cedars with the parkland beyond.
