Hartwell House Tariff is effective from 1st April of each year, offering both 24 hour and 8 hour delegate rates, individual meeting and private dining room hire, and Exclusive Use of either Hartwell House or the Old Rectory Hartwell.

The 24 hour delegate rate includes three course dinner, accommodation, serving of early morning tea, complimentary newspaper, cooked breakfast, serving of morning coffee, pastries and biscuits, luncheon, afternoon tea, cake and biscuits, hire of a meeting room and meeting equipment.

The 8 hour delegate rate includes serving of morning coffee, pastries and biscuits, luncheon, serving of afternoon tea, cake and biscuits, hire of a meeting room and range of equipment.

The rates effective from 1st April 2008 are:

8 hour delegate rate (minimum of 6 delgates) from £75.00 to £95.00 plus VAT
24 hour delegate rate (minimum 8 delegates) from £215.00 to £265.00 plus VAT (Sunday to Friday)
24 hour delegate rate (minimum 8 delegates) £285.00 plus VAT (Saturday)
