JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
An excellent opportunity to join our committed and enthusiastic kitchen brigade, for a Chef with proven experience in a similar environment and able to take responsibility for the kitchen when required. You should have a passion for working with fresh ingredients and locally produced food together with a desire to create new dishes.
Working 48 hours per week, five days out of seven.
Live-in is available.
