SOUS CHEF AND JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

Working 48 hours per week, split shifts, 5 days out of 7 including weekends and public holiday.

NIGHT PORTER part-time
Responsible for night time security or hotel and guests, set up of function rooms and re-set of public rooms together with some general cleaning. Also assisting late night guests and those with early departures.
Work pattern - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 11.00 p.m. - 7.00 a.m.
Full training will be given and uniform provided.
