We are pleased to offer the following special delegate rates for Winter Savings at Hartwell House


Until the end of May 2015 (minimum 12 delegates)    £215.00 + VAT

To include £20 worth of added value - Glass of Prosecco, complimentary canapes, additional serving of tea and coffee


Until the end of May 2015 (minimum 8 delegates)      £ 65.00 + VAT

To include £15 worth of added value - bacon rolls, tea and coffee on arrival, fruit juices with lunch

Gibbs meeting room


Conference rooms are situated in the Hartwell Court some one hundred yards from the main house, and include the James Gibbs and James Wyatt rooms for meetings of 16 - 90 people, with the Eric Throssell Boardroom and the Henry Keene Room for smaller meetings.
