No appointment is necessary, come along on the day and meet the Hartwell Leadership team. Current vacancies include: chefs, beauty therapists, housekeeping attendants, kitchen porters, gardeners and restaurant staff, with full and part time positions available. Sessions available between 9.00am-11.00am, 1.00pm-3.00pm & 6.00pm-8.00pm.

Chef de Partie or above

We have a vacancy for a Chef who is passionate about cooking and wants to work alongside a professional and committed brigade. You will be preparing food to 2 rosette standard, working with the highest quality fresh ingredients; and you should demonstrate the ability to remain calm whilst undertaking various tasks, together with excellent time management.

You should already be familiar with food hygiene and allergens regulations, and full COVID-19 compliance training will be given.

The position is full time permanent and live-in is currently available. Salary is competitive, and benefits include discretionary service charge, death in service payment, free National Trust membership (after qualifying period) and enrolment into an Employee Assistance Programme.
